Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (i.e., the day you subscribed or purchased the service).

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (WebAufstieg GmbH, Anton-Huber-Straße 20, 73430 Aalen, Germany, info@autoalt.ai) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email or letter). You may use the withdrawal form template below, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise.

Loss of Withdrawal Right for Immediate Execution

If you purchase a digital service and explicitly agree during the ordering process that we may begin the execution before the withdrawal period ends, you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

At checkout, we will ask for your express consent and acknowledgment that you waive your withdrawal right once the service begins.
